Lauren Zinns is a Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. Lauren has been passionate about team debriefing since the fledgling stages of her career. She currently co-chairs the post-event debriefing program in the Pediatric Emergency Department to highlight systems that work well and identify opportunities for improvement. During her days off, Lauren enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling with her husband, two young daughters and her bernedoodle puppy, Willow.
