Jaime is the instructional support lead for simulation in Kamloops, Canada. She is dedicated to integrating in-situ simulation into healthcare settings across British Columbia, both in-person and through tele-simulation. With a background as an emergency nurse, she is passionate about interprofessional education and has witnessed the numerous positive impacts of simulation on patient outcomes, design restructuring, and staff satisfaction. Jaime's goal is to provide high-quality training opportunities for all healthcare professionals, regardless of their location, ultimately improving skills and teamwork in healthcare settings.
